Registered Social Worker (RSW)
Brooke Raynsford, RSW
Brooke is a Registered Social Worker with a background in community-based advocacy and case management. She found herself working as a psychotherapist and realized she loved that work. Brooke works through a holistic and strengths-based lense, exploring the mind-body connection and centering each person's innate capacity for healing and growth.
A lifetime of working with horses has taught Brooke the power and importance of being present, holding space, and creating a sense of belonging within ourselves. Brooke has developed a practice that is grounded in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and draws on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma-focused somatic interventions. She also offers relationship therapy informed by the Gottman Method.
